Surgical Technologist

Join our team as a Surgical Technologist at our state-of-the-art Orthopedic Surgery Center. In this role, you will be a vital member of the surgical team, ensuring procedures run efficiently and safely from start to finish.

Requirements

• Collaborate with the healthcare team to ensure safe patient care during surgical procedures.
• Plan, prepare, and assemble sterile supplies and instruments for surgeries.
• Handle sterile surgical instruments and supplies to maintain a sterile field.
• Manage contaminated articles to mitigate occupational exposure.
• Set up operating rooms based on physician preferences and optimize workflow.
• Protect patient privacy and uphold HIPAA standards.
• Assist in surgery and postoperative tasks as needed.
• Communicate effectively with the surgical team and other healthcare professionals.
• Stay informed about advancements in orthopedic surgical technology and participate in ongoing education and training.
