Boulevard is seeking an Experiential Programs Manager to own and evolve direct mail as a high-impact growth channel. The role involves defining best practices, identifying opportunities, and designing creative experiences to drive awareness, engagement, and pipeline across the customer journey.
Requirements
- 3–6+ years in B2B marketing, growth, field marketing, or experiential marketing roles
- Hands-on experience running direct mail or gifting programs
- Strong creative instincts and ability to translate strategy into compelling concepts
- Experience partnering cross-functionally with Marketing and Sales teams
- Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple programs simultaneously
- Analytical mindset with experience measuring and communicating business impact
- High attention to detail and commitment to quality and brand consistency
