Staff Product Manager, Shared Services

Boulevard is a client experience platform for appointment-based, self-care businesses. The company is looking for a Staff Product Manager to own the platform foundation every Boulevard product team builds on. The role involves driving enterprise readiness, being the connective tissue between product teams, defining and measuring success, and owning the roadmap.

Requirements

• 8–10 years in product management experience
• Significant time at Staff or Principal level owning shared services
• Technical fluency in authentication protocols, event-driven architectures, GraphQL, and access control models
• Experience with enterprise security and compliance frameworks
• Fluency with AI tools and experience building or contributing to foundational AI infrastructure
• Metrics mindset and ability to define success for infrastructure
• Cross-functional leadership and ability to influence work across many teams
