Senior DevOps Engineer

Box is looking for a Senior DevOps Engineer to join the Core Experiences team in Warsaw, which builds the applications that bring the power of Box’s content platform to users wherever they work - in the browser, on iOS, and on Android. The role will work on foundational tools and frameworks to allow the whole team to be productive and deliver high-quality products to millions of users.

Requirements

• 5+ years of software development or DevOps/platform engineering experience
• Proficient in a modern programming language (e.g. Python, Ruby, TypeScript, Go)
• Strong design and analytical skills
• Familiarity with modern unit-testing and functional-testing frameworks and methodologies across mobile and/or web platforms
• Experience managing jobs and pipelines for CI/CD and SCM solutions like Jenkins, Bitrise, or GitHub Actions
• Experience with build tooling in at least one of: mobile ecosystems (Fastlane, Gradle, Xcode command-line tools) or web ecosystems (webpack, Vite, npm, Yarn)
• Assess, communicate, and complete project milestones with your manager and team members in a time-sensitive manner
• Practical experience with Unix/Linux system administration and troubleshooting
