Senior Field Marketing Manager, Commercial

Box is looking for a Senior Field Marketing Manager to join our Commercial Marketing team and help drive growth across the Mid-Market segment. The successful candidate will develop and execute field marketing strategies that generate pipeline, accelerate deals, and strengthen customer relationships. The role will play a critical part in accelerating pipeline growth for Box's Commercial business by bringing integrated marketing programs to life in close partnership with sales leadership.

Requirements

• 6+ years of B2B marketing experience with a background in field marketing, demand generation, or integrated campaigns
• Proven experience partnering closely with sales teams to drive pipeline and revenue growth
• Experience building and executing multi-touch marketing programs across events, digital, and campaign channels
• Strong analytical mindset with experience using marketing and sales data to inform strategy
• Experience with marketing and sales platforms such as Salesforce, 6sense, Tableau, or similar tools
