Senior Project Manager

We are looking for an experienced and results-driven Senior Project Manager to lead and oversee complex projects from initiation through to completion. The successful candidate will be responsible for planning, executing, monitoring, and closing projects, while ensuring they are completed on time, within scope, and within budget.

Requirements

• Oversee and manage the entire lifecycle of complex projects from initiation to closure.
• Develop detailed project plans, including scope, schedule, budget, and resource allocation.
• Lead and motivate cross-functional teams to ensure project success.
• Monitor project progress, identify potential risks, and implement mitigation strategies.
• Ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and meet client expectations.
• Manage project budgets, track expenditures, and ensure cost control.
• Conduct regular project status meetings and provide updates to stakeholders.
• Ensure adherence to project management standards and best practices.
• Evaluate project performance and implement lessons learned for continuous improvement.
• Foster strong relationships with clients and stakeholders.
• Provide leadership and direction to project team members.
• Assign tasks and responsibilities to team members based on their skills and experience.
• Monitor team performance and provide regular feedback and coaching.
• Conduct performance evaluations and develop improvement plans as needed.
• Foster a positive and collaborative team environment.
• Ensure team members adhere to project timelines and quality standards.
• Resolve conflicts and issues within the team promptly and effectively.
• Support the professional development and growth of team members through mentoring and training opportunities.
• Has the ability to be an Acting Programme Manager in his/her absence.
