Job Description
Hot Topic is seeking a passionate and enthusiastic Full-Time Assistant Manager to lead the store. The role involves supporting the Store Manager, focusing on sales and team development, and maintaining a strong customer experience. The ideal candidate will be a team player and a strong communicator.
Requirements
- At least 1-2 years of retail store management experience
- Leadership skills
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to manage payroll and scheduling
- Proficiency in basic operations
- High school diploma or GED equivalent (Bachelor’s degree preferred)
- Ability to operate and maintain the store and merchandise.
