Job Description
BoxLunch is seeking a Full-Time Assistant Manager to lead their Civic-Minded pop culture driven brand. This role involves supporting the Store Manager in achieving sales targets, recruiting and retaining a strong team, promoting new products, and providing excellent customer service. The manager will also contribute to sales reporting and merchandising.
Requirements
- At least 1-2 years of retail store management experience
- Leadership skills in team management
- Strong communication, recruiting, operations (payroll, reporting, scheduling, merchandising) skills
- Proficiency in merchandising and inventory management
- High school diploma or GED equivalent
