Job Description
BoxLunch is seeking a Full-Time Assistant Manager to lead their pop culture-driven brand. This role supports the Store Manager in achieving sales targets, recruiting and retaining a dedicated team, and driving customer engagement through promotions and social media. The Assistant Manager will be the store's primary point of contact and a key player in maintaining operational excellence and fostering customer loyalty.
Requirements
- At least 1-2 years of retail store management experience
- Leadership skills and ability to motivate a team
- Communication, time management, and operational skills
- A passion for pop culture
- High school diploma or GED equivalent
