Job Description
BoxLunch is seeking a Full-Time Assistant Manager to support the Store Manager in achieving sales goals, recruiting and developing a team, and creating a customer-focused store environment. The role combines retail operations, sales and customer engagement, and leveraging product knowledge through pop culture themes.
Requirements
- At least 1-2 years of retail store management experience
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Experience recruiting, developing, and retaining a team
- Proficiency in payroll, reporting, scheduling, and merchandising
- Ability to manage shrink/loss prevention
