Job Description
Hot Topic is seeking a Full-Time Assistant Manager to lead a busy store in Ottawa, ON. This role involves supporting the Store Manager in achieving sales targets, recruiting and retaining a team, and creating customer engagement. The successful candidate will be a passionate advocate for the store, brand, and customers.
Requirements
- At least 1-2 years of retail store management experience
- Leadership skills (leading teams, paying the bills)
- Communication and organizational skills
- Operational skills (payroll, scheduling, reporting, merchandising)
- High school diploma or GED equivalent
- Able to navigate the store and manage merchandise.
