Job Description
This part-time assistant manager position focuses on providing excellent customer experience and supporting the store's daily operations. The role requires strong sales skills, knowledge of product, and the ability to work independently and as part of a team. Enthusiastic customers are highly valued, and the candidate will contribute to maintaining store cleanliness and product organization.
Requirements
- At least 1 year of retail store experience
- Avenge-like skills: communication, time management, professionalism, operations, and a drive to develop your peeps
- A high school diploma or GED equivalent
- Ability to navigate the store, merchandise product, and pack/unpack boxes
- Ability to work on the Mother Ship
