Job Description
Hot Topic is seeking a Part-Time Assistant Manager – Level 1 to provide exceptional customer service and support store operations. The role involves running the sales floor, handling transactions, assisting with sales plans, and maintaining store standards. The ideal candidate will be passionate about pop culture and retail with excellent communication and organizational skills.
Requirements
- 1+ year of retail store experience
- Excellent communication, time management, professionalism and operations skills
- Ability to navigate store, merchandise, and pack boxes of merch
- High school diploma or GED equivalent
