Job Description
Hot Topic is seeking a Part-Time Assistant Manager – Level 1 for a customer-focused role. The position involves providing exceptional shopping experiences, training new recruits, and supporting sales targets. Success depends on product knowledge, customer service skills, and the ability to utilize Store Management and HQ input.
Requirements
- At least 1 year of retail store experience.
- Good communication and time management skills.
- Ability to navigate the store and operate store equipment.
- Ability to pack and unpack boxes, up to 50 pounds.
