Job Description
We’re looking for music and pop culture fanatics to help create the best experience for our customers as a Hot Topic Part-Time Assistant Manager – Level 1.
Requirements
- Provide an amazing shopping experience that will encourage customers to return
- Step in and step up when needed
- Work the register
- Understand store sales plan, comp sales goals, and key KPIs
- Assist with planogram changes
- Communicate fashion & music trend information to management and respective HQ partners
- Support the maintenance of the mother ship
- Help develop and retain a super collaborative, passionate team
- Any other activities as assigned by your Store Leader
