At BoxLunch, we’re committed to using our love of pop culture to do something amazing: eliminate hunger. As a Part-Time Assistant Manager – Level 1, you’ll support the store leadership team in providing the best customer experience, training new recruits, and supporting daily operations.
Requirements
- Provide an amazing shopping experience
- Step in and step up when needed
- Work the register
- Understand store sales plan, comp sales goals, and key KPIs
- Assist with planogram changes
- Communicate fashion trend information
- Ensure store security
- Support the maintenance of the stock room
- Help develop and retain a collaborative team
