Job Description
BoxLunch is seeking a Part-Time Assistant Manager – Level 2 to lead their customer-facing store with the Store Manager. This role focuses on sales, recruitment, team development, store operations, and fostering a positive customer experience. The manager will be passionate about pop culture and dedicated to creating a collaborative and customer-focused team.
Requirements
- At least 1-2 years of retail store management experience.
- Led teams to success and want to experience more of it.
- Skills in communication, recruiting, operations (payroll, reporting, scheduling, merchandising), and team development.
- High school diploma or GED equivalent (degree preferred).
