Job Description
Hot Topic is seeking passionate music and pop culture enthusiasts to join the store team. As a Hot Topic Sales Associate, you'll provide exceptional customer service, ensure the store is visually appealing, and contribute to a positive in-store experience. You'll be responsible for sales floor management, register operations, merchandising, and supporting Store Management with various tasks.
Requirements
- Previous experience in retail
- Strong customer service and sales skills
- Ability to work around 16 years of age
- Teamwork and communication skills
- Retail experience and familiarity with merch
