Job Description
Hot Topic is seeking passionate and enthusiastic Music and Pop Culture fanatics to join the store's team as Sales Associates. You'll provide exceptional customer service, ensuring a welcoming and visually appealing shopping experience. This role focuses on product knowledge, sales, and store maintenance. You'll also be involved in merchandising, communication, and assisting with strategic initiatives.
Requirements
- Previous retail experience
- Customer service and sales skills
- Ability to use an Avenger-like manner when working collaboratively
- Minimum age of 16
- Retail navigation skills
- Packing/unpacking of merchandise
- Retail standard compliance (age, dress code, etc.)
