Job Description
Hot Topic is seeking enthusiastic music and pop culture enthusiasts to join their store team. As a Hot Topic Sales Associate, you'll provide exceptional customer service, maintain visual standards, and contribute to a vibrant shopping experience. You’ll be responsible for sales floor coverage, processing transactions, and maintaining the store in a visually appealing fashion.
Requirements
- Previous experience working in a retail environment
- Superpowers in providing customer service and selling
- Ability to travel to the Mother Ship
- Ability to navigate the store
- Able to use store equipment
- Ability to pack and unpack merchandise
- Age 16+
