Job Description
Hot Topic is seeking enthusiastic music and pop culture fans as Sales Associates to provide exceptional customer service, manage merchandise, and contribute to a visually appealing store environment. The role involves filling sales floors, processing transactions, assisting with merchandising, and communicating fashion trends. A passion for fandom and teamwork is essential.
Requirements
- Previous experience working in a retail environment
- Superpowers in providing customer service and selling
- Able to travel around the store
- Must be at least 16 years of age
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills
- Ability to use approved store equipment
- Ability to pack and unpack boxes
