Job Description
Hot Topic is seeking enthusiastic music and pop culture fans to join as Music and Pop Culture Sales Associates. The role involves providing exceptional customer service, restocking products, maintaining visual merchandising, and contributing to a vibrant store atmosphere. Success is measured by exceeding customer expectations and fostering a fun, themed shopping environment.
Requirements
- Previous experience working in a retail environment
- Superpowers in providing customer service and selling
- Ability to work with Store Management to ensure no misuse of spells and wizardry
- Able to navigate the store, merchandise products with approved equipment, and pack and unpack
- Must be at least 16 years of age
