Job Description
Hot Topic is seeking a Music and Pop Culture Sales Associate to provide an exceptional in-store experience for customers. This role involves providing great customer service, stocking merchandise, refreshing displays, and assisting with merchandising changes, all while sharing fandom knowledge and contributing to the store's visual appeal. Teamwork and communication skills are highly valued.
Requirements
- Previous retail experience preferred
- Superpowers in customer service and sales
- Excellent communication skills
- Ability to work at least 16 years of age
- Ability to navigate the store and access store equipment
