Job Description
Hot Topic is seeking music and pop culture fanatics as a Sales Associate. The role focuses on providing exceptional customer service, maintaining store appearance, and supporting the merchandise operations. Sales associates will share product knowledge, replenish stock, and create an appealing in-store experience. They will work with store management to keep things organized and to ensure the store environment is safe and functional.
