Job Description
Hot Topic is seeking a passionate Music and Pop Culture Sales Associate to provide excellent customer service and drive sales within a busy store. The role involves stocking, merchandising, providing product knowledge, assisting with planograms, and maintaining a tidy store environment. A strong team player who loves fashion and pop culture is ideal.
Requirements
- Previous experience working in a retail environment.
- Superpowers in providing customer service and selling.
- Ability to age 16+.
- Ability to navigate a store and merchandise products.
- Ability to pack and unpack merchandise up to 50 pounds.
