Job Description
Hot Topic is seeking enthusiastic Music and Pop Culture fans as Sales Associates. The role involves providing excellent customer service, replenishing merchandise, maintaining store organization, and sharing fashion/music trends. Success depends on a strong customer service skills, product knowledge, and team collaboration.
Requirements
- Previous experience working in a retail environment
- Experience with music and pop culture
- Minimum age of 16
- Avenger-like collaboration and communication skills
- Ability to manage products up to 50 lbs
