Job Description
Hot Topic is seeking enthusiastic music and pop culture fans as part of their Sales Associate team. The role focuses on providing excellent customer service, restocking merchandise, maintaining store appearance, and contributing to a visually appealing environment. Staff will engage in fashion and music trends, and help with merchandise and planogram changes.
Requirements
- Previous experience working in a retail environment
- Superpowers in providing customer service and selling
- Ability to navigate the store, merchandise product, and pack boxes
