Job Description
At Hot Topic, we’re passionate about music, pop culture, and creating an amazing in-store experience for customers and employees. We’re looking for a Store Manager to lead the store in achieving sales targets, recruiting, development, and performance management.
Requirements
- At least 1-2 years of retail store management experience
- High school diploma or GED equivalent (degree is a plus)
- Strong communication, recruiting, and operations skills
- Ability to navigate the store, merchandise product, and pack/unpack boxes of merch (up to 50 pounds)
