Job Description
BoxLunch is seeking a Store Manager to lead store operations, including recruiting, performance management, and achieving sales targets. The ideal candidate will be a retail maverick who can drive sales, manage team effectively, and deliver excellent customer service in the mall. They should be passionate about pop culture and willing to embrace new technologies.
Requirements
- At least 1-2 years of retail store management experience
- Skills in communication, recruiting, and operations (payroll, reporting, scheduling, merchandising)
- 18 years of age or older
- High school diploma or GED equivalent
- Proficient in navigating store layouts and merchandising
- Ability to manage a team, including mentoring
- Adaptability to a fast-changing retail environment
