Job Description
BoxLunch is seeking a Store Manager to lead their team, driving sales, recruiting and developing talent, and ensuring store operations run smoothly. The role involves retail operations, leadership, and building a collaborative team while providing excellent customer service. A love for pop culture is central to the mission of eliminating hunger.
Requirements
- At least 1-2 years of retail store management experience.
- Skills in communication, recruiting, and operations (payroll, reporting, scheduling, merchandising).
- Able to travel and work in a fast-paced retail environment.
- Operate store and utilize approved store equipment.
- Must be 18 years of age to join the store
