Job Description
BoxLunch is seeking a Store Manager to lead their store in achieving sales targets, recruiting and retaining a great team, and maintaining a customer-focused environment. The ideal candidate will be a retail maverick with strong leadership skills, a passion for pop culture, and a focus on performance management. They will handle everything from merchandising to payroll, ensuring a positive customer experience and fostering a motivated team.
Requirements
- At least 1-2 years of retail store management experience
- Skills to pay the bills (communication, recruiting, operations)
- Open-mindedness regarding pop culture fandoms
- Ability to navigate the store and merchandise products
- Must be 18 years of age
