Job Description
BoxLunch is seeking a Store Manager to lead their team in the sales of Pop-culture items, focusing on achieving store objectives. The role involves recruiting, developing, and managing a team, as well as driving sales, and ensuring a positive customer experience. The Store Manager will also be responsible for merchandising, inventory management, and communication with leadership.
Requirements
- 1-2 years of retail store management experience
- Skills in communication, recruiting, and operations (payroll, reporting, scheduling, merchandising)
- Ability to handle fast-paced environments and adapt to change
- Proficient in high school diploma or GED equivalent
- Ability to handle 50lbs of merch
