Job Description
BoxLunch is seeking a Store Manager to lead a team in achieving sales goals, recruiting and developing employees, and providing excellent customer service. The role requires a retail maverick comfortable handling anything comes their way and building a strong store culture. This is a superhero position!
Requirements
- At least 1-2 years of retail store management experience
- Skillset in communication, recruiting, and operations (payroll, reporting, scheduling, merchandising)
- Must be at least 18 years of age
- High school diploma or GED equivalent
- Ability to navigate the store and merchandise products
- Adaptability to a fast-changing retail environment
