Job Description
BoxLunch is seeking a Store Manager to lead their team in achieving sales goals, recruiting and developing talent, and providing excellent customer service in a fast-paced mall environment. The role involves implementing retail strategies, managing operational aspects, and fostering a positive team atmosphere.
Requirements
- At least 1-2 years of retail store management experience.
- Skills in communication, recruiting, and operations (payroll, reporting, scheduling, merchandising).
- High school diploma or GED equivalent.
- Ability to navigate the store, merchandise products, and work with store equipment.
- Open-mindedness and interest in pop culture fandoms.
