Job Description
Hot Topic is seeking a Store Manager to lead their team and achieve sales targets. The role requires a retailer who can build a passionate and talented team, manage operations, and connect with customers, while staying on top of inventory and trends. The store manager will be responsible for recruiting, developing, and motivating staff in a fast-paced environment.
Requirements
- At least 1-2 years of retail store management experience
- Skills in communication, recruiting, and operations (payroll, reporting, scheduling, merchandising)
- Open-minded and inquisitive regarding pop culture fandoms & music trends
- Ability to navigate the store, merchandise products, and pack boxes
