Job Description
Hot Topic is seeking a Store Manager to lead their team in achieving sales targets, building a strong team, and providing excellent customer service. Requirements
- At least 1-2 years of retail store management experience
- Skills in communication, recruiting, and operations (payroll, reporting, scheduling, merchandising)
- High school diploma or GED equivalent
- Ability to navigate the store, merchandise products, and pack/unpack boxes.
