Job Description
Hot Topic is seeking a passionate and driven Store Manager to lead store operations, including sales, recruiting, development, and performance management. The ideal candidate will be a retail maverick who can build and foster a collaborative team while providing excellent customer service and staying ahead of trends. The role requires a strong understanding of pop culture fandoms and music trends.
Requirements
- At least 1-2 years of retail store management experience
- Skills in communication, recruiting, and operations (payroll, reporting, scheduling, merchandising)

- Possessing a high school diploma or GED equivalent
