Job Description
Hot Topic is seeking a Store Manager to lead their team and ensure the success of the store's objectives. This role requires a retail maverick with strong leadership skills, a passion for pop culture, and a focus on customer and employee engagement. The ideal candidate will build a collaborative team, manage the store’s operations, and contribute to the company's brand and financial performance.
Requirements
- At least 1-2 years of retail store management experience
- Skills in communication, recruiting, and operations (payroll, reporting, scheduling, merchandising)
- High school diploma or GED equivalent
- Roll with the punches
- Open-minded and inquisitive regarding pop culture fandoms & music trends
- Comfortable navigating the store and merchandise products
