Job Description
Hot Topic is seeking a Store Manager to lead the store in achieving sales goals, developing staff, and maintaining a positive customer experience. The ideal candidate will be a retail maverick, customer service enthusiast, and a strategic leader capable of adapting to a fast-paced environment. They will be responsible for managing a team, creating a buzz through social media, and ensuring store efficiency.
Requirements
- At least 1-2 years of retail store management experience
- Skills to pay the bills: communication, recruiting, and operations (payroll, reporting, scheduling, merchandising)
- A high school diploma or GED equivalent
- Open-minded and inquisitive regarding pop culture fandoms & music trends
