Job Description
The Program Aide assists in planning, implementing, and supervising members in program areas (like Arts & Crafts, Game Room, Physical Education) and promotes program participation. Responsibilities include maintaining a safe environment, ensuring program health, and leading new members. The position involves both scheduled work and occasional evenings/weekends.

- Ensure a healthy and safe environment, supervising members in program area
- Maintain the cleanliness of program area
- Effectively implement and administer programs
- Participate in weekly staff meetings
- Strong communications skills, both written and verbal
- Group leadership skills
- Demonstrated organizational and project management abilities
- Must be 18 years of age or older
- Valid Driver’s License
- CPR and First Aid Certifications
