Provide an exceptional customer experience by meticulously assessing and repairing vehicles to restore them to their pre-accident condition. Work in alignment with team members to achieve repair facility KPIs and be a dedicated Brand Ambassador of The Boyd Group.
Requirements
- Ensure consistent execution of WOW plan.
- Plan repair work and prepare cost estimates for customers.
- Repair vehicle sections using various tools and replace damaged parts with new or aftermarket parts.
- Realign car chassis and frames to repair structural damage.
- Perform other related duties as assigned.
