Auto Body Technician

The Auto Body Technician's primary responsibility is to provide an exceptional customer experience through meticulous assessment and quality repair of vehicles. The technician disassembles, repairs, and reassembles vehicles while working in alignment with team members to achieve repair facilities KPIs and being a dedicated Brand Ambassador of The Boyd Group.

Requirements

• Ensure consistent execution of WOW plan
• Plan repair work and prepare cost estimates for customers
• Use various tools to repair vehicle sections
• Hammer out dents, dimples, and other minor body damage
• Realign car chassis and frames to repair structural damage
• Remove damaged sections and replace with new or aftermarket parts
• Replaces or repairs glass and windshields as needed
• Replaces or repairs interior parts as needed
• Welds and attaches parts into place and prepares vehicles for painting
• Inspect vehicles after repair
