Auto Body Technician

Gerber Collision & Glass is seeking an Auto Body Technician to provide exceptional customer experience through meticulous assessment and quality repair of vehicles. The technician will disassemble, repair, and reassemble vehicles, and work in alignment with team members to achieve repair facility KPIs. The role requires a high school diploma or equivalent, successful completion of a technical school program or 3-year apprenticeship, and the ability to read job orders and work with little supervision.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Successful completion of technical school program or 3-year apprenticeship as an auto body repairer
• Ability to read job orders and work with very little supervision
• Ability to work with other repairers within an auto body shop
• Thorough understanding of methods and procedures to repair vehicle bodies
• Thorough understanding of how to use tools required for the trade
