Gerber Collision & Glass is seeking a Collision Auto Body Technician to join their team. The successful candidate will provide exceptional customer experience through meticulous vehicle repair and disassembly, while working in a fast-paced environment to meet repair facility KPIs.
Requirements
- Ensure consistent execution of WOW plan
- Plan repair work and prepare cost estimates for customers
- Repair vehicle sections using various tools such as cutting guns, plasma cutters, hydraulic jacks, hammers, and pliers
- Realign car chassis and frames to repair structural damage
- Remove and replace damaged vehicle sections, glass, and windshields as needed
- Weld and attach parts into place
- Inspect vehicles after repair to ensure work is executed correctly
