Job Description
The Estimator's primary responsibility is to provide an exceptional customer experience while creating estimates and coordinating repair needs for customers, including all communication and insurance company updates.
Requirements
- Ensure every customer interaction is documented and updated efficiently and accurately
- Provide Customer with accurate and timely information, guiding them through the repair process and ensuring excellent customer service
- Ensure compliance with all insurance client requirements, processes and metrics
