CSR

Provide an exceptional customer experience as a Customer Service Representative (CSR) with Gerber Collision & Glass, responsible for managing working relationships with customers and insurance companies, scheduling appointments, and providing administrative support.

Requirements

• High School Diploma or GED
• Minimum 1 year experience in a similar role, such as administration assistant
• Valid driver's license
• Strong attention to detail, multitasking ability, and good oral and written communication skills
