Customer Service Representative

As a Customer Service Representative, you will provide an exceptional customer experience, manage working relationships with customers and insurance companies, and provide administrative support for the Repair Facility Team. You will be responsible for scheduling appointments, retrieving insurance assignments, and preparing repair orders.

Requirements

• High School Diploma or GED
• 1 year experience in a similar role
• Ability to function well in a fast-paced environment
• Strong attention to detail
• Knowledge of general office equipment and basic computer skills
• Valid driver's license
