Job Description
Gerber Collision & Glass is seeking a Customer Service Representative to provide an exceptional customer experience and manage working relationships with customers and insurance companies. The ideal candidate will have a high school diploma or GED, 1 year of experience in a similar role, and strong attention to detail and communication skills.
Requirements
- Ensure consistent execution of WOW plan
- Schedule appointments for vehicle repair
- Ensure timely retrieval of insurance assignments
- Prepare RO work packet
- Record all communication with customers or insurance partners
- Manage ARMS throughout the day
