Requirements
- Professionally handle customer interactions and general inquiries
- Maintain regular communication with Auto Glass Technicians
- Utilize software to make notes and update customer records
- Follow a step-by-step process to provide quotes
- Take proactive actions to meet shop production goals
- Pivot to provide additional assistance to the dispatch/parts team
