General Manager

As a General Manager at Gerber Collision & Glass, you will lead the day-to-day operation of the Store, providing an exceptional customer experience, and maintaining high quality standards of professionalism. You will be responsible for coaching and empowering team members, managing budgets, and ensuring compliance with established policies and procedures.

Requirements

• Post-Secondary Education or equivalent
• Proven leadership experience in a collision repair environment or similar role
• Attention to detail and a high degree of accuracy
• Ability to consistently demonstrate a successful client experience
• Communicate clearly both verbally and in writing
• Ability to motivate others utilizing effective coaching tools and management skills
